GBUZ "Issinskaya district hospital" operates in the system of compulsory medical insurance (MHI) in accordance with the State Guarantee Program for providing citizens of the Russian Federation with free medical care in the Penza Region and paid medical services. when providing primary medical health care on an outpatient basis for: vaccination (vaccination), emergency medical care, general medical practice (family medicine), pediatrics, therapy; in the provision of primary care in an inpatient setting for: clinical diagnosis, therapy;
in the provision of primary specialized medical care on an outpatient basis in: obstetrics and gynecology (except for the use of assisted reproductive technologies), dermatovenerology, pediatric surgery, infectious diseases, cardiology, clinical laboratory diagnostics, neurology, oncology, healthcare organization and public health, otolaryngology (for excluding cochlear implantation), ophthalmology, occupational pathology, psychiatry, psychiatry-narcology, pulmonology, radiology, tomatologii nursery, general dentist, dental orthopedic, therapeutic dentistry, dental surgery, ultrasound diagnostics, management of nursing activity, TB, functional diagnostics, endoscopic surgery;
in the provision of primary specialized medical care in an inpatient setting for: cardiology, clinical laboratory diagnostics, neurology, ultrasound diagnostics, functional diagnostics, surgery.
2. When providing specialized, including high-tech, medical care, the following works (services) are organized and performed:

in the provision of specialized medical care in stationary conditions: obstetrics, obstetrics and gynecology (except for the use of assisted reproductive technologies), anesthesiology and intensive care, vaccination (prophylactic vaccinations), dietetics, clinical laboratory diagnostics, laboratory diagnostics, physiotherapy exercises, medical statistics medical massage, neurology, healthcare organization and public health, organization of nursing, pediatrics, psi psychiatry-narcology, pulmonology, radiology, nursing, nursing in pediatrics, therapy, transfusiology, ultrasound diagnostics, nursing management, physiotherapy, functional diagnostics, endoscopy.
